I see no downside. As it says specifically, you"re never cold OR warm. That means that you can't get cold in the shower.

Wash off your body with a hose, because it's technically not a shower if you aren't in the shower, and do headflushes. (Leaning your head in the shower or a source of water and just washing your hair)
