i wish that i have inter-universe teleportation. goes to a universe with a god who will grant me 1 wish and i wish that my horns are just a visual illusion unless a want them to be physical.

Yea, or you could wish for 2 wishes Wish for no rules give yourself infinite wishes after that and remove the horns because you wished for no rules.
