After about 200 years, your brain's memory capacity will be exhausted and you will not be able to remember anything you experienced and you will lose consciousness. Just get över it and after some years you wont remember.

I've explored the concept of immortality in many stories I've written, one of which is fairly heartbreaking. Living forever sounds cool at first, but you'll eventually become a stagnant relic of the past whose grief and sorrow will crush you every moment of your endless life.

Immortality is severely overrated, like, you’ll live through the effects of everybody you know dying, you could never build relationships or bonds with anybody without being crushed by their death. You’ll also see the earth die and you’ll truly live forever without the sweet release of death

Out living friends and family isn't a big downside, I mean you would have the same sort of issues if you lived to be the world"s oldest person at like 120 I wouldn't want to live past the heat death of the universe or anything
