There are these magical things called prosthetic eyes in development. They replace your real eyes, and allow even the permanently blind to see.

who would want too rule though they cant see? I know for sure not me. Too be fair if you ruled but your blind you cant really help anyone. Be a king and have everything. BUT Everybody hates you and leaves the country
