Not feeling pain is a bad thing. If you accidentally cut your back and the cut gets infected, you wont notice it until your entire spine has already rotted away. Pain is an alarm telling your brain "Something's not right here. Tend to it immediately"

So you can still experience pleasure? Because "invulnerable" means "impossible to harm or damage" and thus the only thing that'd change in terms of pleasure is that you'd be immune against the bad side effects of drugs.
