Well you'd only get it 1 month before your death. And immortality does not = invincibility. So congrats you are immortal for all 28-31days.

I've really wanted to die 1 month after this button and gain powers to include reincarnation into form / place of my choice. Boom you die, come right back as yourself (or whatever you want), at at you want. Like nothing happened. Or go full on anime isekai and go to some other world. *shrug*
