First time you travel just go to Europe in 1348 but bring a bunch of antibiotics with you. Cure the Plague with time travel. Problem solved!

90 sounds good leave 10 in case of emergencies plus all the powers/knowledge/wealth I would have collected would be sufficient

Don't jump willy nilly. Do every thing in the first place, then once you get bored, jump to the second place. You'll never reach 100.

On the 99th destination, travel back to when you first got the ability to be able to travel through time and space. Ability renewed. Problem solved. No downside.

It doesn't work like that, if you go back in time you'll meet your past self clicking the button, if you stop yourself, you would"ve never had that power, and if you don't stop yourself nothing would"ve changed, or something like that
