i remember i tried to eat chinese food one time after i got novocain at the dentist, , waste, couldn't taste it hardly,and i chewed my mouth and tongue pretty good. bad times

RIGHT. With no sense of taste and smell, I can eat healthy stuff without desperately desiring the meals from my favourite restaurant. Buy healthy stuff as a normal health nut, hand the free food off to those in greater need of anything to eat than I.

I would sell the food for money to be rich and give some to the poor to be seen as a good guy. Plus if I had no taste I could eat even the most disgusting stuff and not deal with the taste. Also wouldn't have to deal with revolting smells. I see no downside.
