Controlled falling achieved. Now in order to move anywhere within reason, you will have to use momentum caused after jumping off a building. You are flying up, but you will still move forward due to said momentum. You then would need to constantly move up and down to keep the speed up.

Up is an abstractation derivitive on perception of gravity. Gravity however is not real, and is actually the perception of not moving, whilst actually moving. as such Up is whatever direction i wish it to be.
