I love loopholes but... what if time machines never get invented? humanity is likely to wipe itself out before they could even attempt ASSUMING time travel via non magical means is possible

I have a couple years in my life I wanna relive...and do we have to time travel instantly.... also do we age with the time we traveled and will our past/future self still be there and if we go back will we have our future memory......sry for wasting your time but time travel is complicated.
