Crap! That means you will have to watch the inevitable heat death of the universe! That takes TRILLIONS of years! And then what? How long does this last? An eternity of infinite boredom! How can anyone in their right mind push this button?

Figure out how to reverse entropy in the few trillion years you have. Turn all of Andromeda into one giant Matrioshka brain network to calculate it for you. Create an empire of robots specifically for this purpose. If you still fail, well shucks it seems like the devil behind the button won.

No downside. If you are literally invulnerable then you would also be invunerable in terms of emotional damage removing the downside of emotional trauma caused by seeing all of your loved ones die.

Being immortal would suck. You'd never know what the afterlife is like, all your friends and family would die, and you get stuck with all the limits of the physical world forever. No thanks.

The only upside to this is the breathing in space. I don't like pain, but without it there would be no thrill or risk. If you"re unable to die it just makes everything boring because you know you can't get hurt.
