Simple: Talk Via a writing app (Word, Notepad, Etc.) on your Computer or Phone. Pretend you are mute (so nobody asks you to say stuff out loud). Congrats, you now know every language at the cost of minor inconvenience.

1. My handwriting is already illegible. 2. Sign language is a language, so you would know sign language, so you would still be able to communicate.
