You don't have to use it. (Also life is an injury .w. Steal someone"s who doesn't want it anyway after nearly dying saving someone else)

Anybody who declined this wasn't thinking clearly. All this does, is give an ability, but with limitations/drawbacks. There's no penalty.

Think about it, you don't HAVE to do it, but you can. If you see a kid crying over a little scratch it got while playing, why not take it on you and wait a day for it to heal, and leave the kid happy?
