Kids will grow up and i dont have to take care if them again. Puppies- well, when you are 85 you still will be taking care of the same puppies who wont ever die. Which one do I want? Take care for ever, or have children that can learn to take carw of themselves?

The downside is that puppies are proven to be more difficult to be taken care of than kids and is more expensive than kids.
