So this means I can still pay with credit card since it doesn't say that I can only pay with these dollar bills. And does it mean that only at ATMs I can withdraw dollars bills, which would mean I can get all currencys from anywhere but only dollars from ATMs. Nice, no downside

Explain, if at ATM's I can only withdraw dollar bills then no but if the only place I can get dollar bills from is the ATM then yeah I don't even use dollar currency
