I would create a fictional planet, and make the years long. The inhabitants will be characters I choose to be there. No one said that the planet had to be real.

Go to a planet with no logic or reasoning what so ever. The planet is like clay and you can do whatever you want to it. Create new species and make them unstoppable. Keep evolving and creating on your planet until ten years later you have an unstoppable army to take over the universe with!!!
