You can litterly bend anything, just ask your friend if they want something then teleport to another country where you want to go, buy thier thing, do whatever you want, go back. Not selfish. Or just get healing powers

You'd have to pick something you won't use reflexively. For example, if you pick standard super speed, you'd have to make sure you never move faster than your natural abilities allow unless it's to help someone else.
