You'd have to pick something you won't use reflexively. For example, if you pick standard super speed, you'd have to make sure you never move faster than your natural abilities allow unless it's to help someone else.

Everything you do has some sort of personal gain right? Like if you do something good for someone else it"s personal gain because you feel happy doing it, so you'll just die anyway :/
