Just kill everyone that you love/want to meet RIGHT before you die. And if someone is really old and is about to die of age, but you still wanna see them, kill them with your mind. Then you see them. For example famous people xD

It does not say i automatically kill them when i think of them. It does not say they know i killed them. It does not say what kind of afterlife, paradise, hell or whatever.
