There is no upside. I never want to be immortal. All my friends will die and I will be left with no one. Then when the world has ended and I'm floating in space, wishing for death, it will never come. Imagine that. Just endless life, no escape, no death. It would be awful.

Just take to the sea. The water will support your weight a lot better than air. As you become heavier and less bout any, you'll sink and eventually join the weird colonies of organisms at the bottom of the ocean. Adventure!
