Thinking as how it's phrased upi are probably limited to summon them where you are, so is not so useful. I'd say yes if i can summon them globally.

It didn't say you couldn't buy cookies. Like you could sell the cookies you summoned and then buy cookies others have made. And if you want, you could feed cookies to the starving
