Easy. Go to my perfect universe, get the torture in sudden sharp pain once every hour, and make everyone in the universe ignore when that happens to me. It never specifies how you get the torture or whether you can't choose. One second is bearable

Meh just make a parallel universe where there is a computer 100 years ahead of its time. Go there for 10 seconds, come back sell it to elon musk. Never stay for a total of an hour. Or have thw cure for all diseases 10 feet away from u in paralell univerae sell that too.
