Truth manipulation is the best power. You can make specific things lies and truth. Basically you can give yourself powers by going “I now have (some power).” And then making it true so you actually have the power.

It says if you come into physical contact meaning I could still see my other self and be fine so long as we never touched, so I think this would be pretty easy.
