They put the downside in a way that you"d become normal again if people would suspect that you used some kind of power to remake your body, this in my opinion seem a bit far fetched that they would actually suspect that I somehow remade myself instead of that my body naturally changed.

Would I still age and look so? If not I'm sure to recognized as an alien sooner or later, and it gets more fatal as technology of identity develops year by year, so either I become an animal age naturally slow or I'll end up in labs someday...

Well, it didn't say the changes are limited :P so even if someone notices I can change again. Or, I can change myself really slowly, so no one will notice.
