So my kids will be geniuses, meaning I'm definitely going to have at least 1 child. Meaning I have an assurance I will not die from a heroin overdose (or anything else) until I have had children, which I will not do until my 90s at least

Truly genius level kids could get good jobs and help you get clean with their knowledge and money. I've beat an opiate addiction already in my life so I pressed the button because I know it's possible to get off of opiates (including heroin) with a lot of hard work.

And I'd like to add just make sure you can parent the kids correctly and efficiently while living as a heroin addict, because even if the kids are geniuses they won't amount to their full potential without good parenting.
