the downside to being crippled is that it leaves you with a disability. These prosthetic feet however puts you at an advantage. I fail to see the downside

downside isn't bad. I don't care that much about my feet. It also means no more socks and shoes.

The only possible issue with this is that it would make me slightly more likely to trip because I couldn't feel my legs. On the other side though, the pain I feel in my leg right now would dissapear. Why shouldn't I press it?
