Hmm.. If it implies you will eventually die from aging related effects, then sure, its fine. If it means you'll continue to age and become a crippled, mindless sack for all eternity, then that would be pretty bad..

Well if youre not immune to the effects of aging then you would die of old age anyway so it only makes it so it prevents accidents

Thats called invincibility not fucking immortality. Immortality IS being immune to aging but you can still be killed unlike invincibility. But for the sake of the question, at least I'll be invincible...BUTTON PRESSED
