For those who don't know: GNU GPL means you have to release it to be free and public. AKA everyone can do anthign with it, except you getting money.

So what if the source has to be obtainable. If I care that much, I could just encrypt all the variables and pointers. I could even make it so that something in the code acts as a password to unlock, and sell support services for the software to give the password.
