Depends on your view of "horribly slow." I mean, 100 mbps is horribly slow compared to 10 gbps, right?

Thats the thing with half of the powers the consequences are related to using that power, why not take it? Example: You can teleport BUT you get real bad headaches. You may as well take it, you would onlt get headaches when you teleport. Also 7 years ago? Wow, that is insane.

i dont think you notice it but it does not specify what stuff it has slow on so it might also be WITH computer phones ect so you could be getting slow internet speed on everything but it could be not so
