If all I can do is text talk on tumblr it deletes the purpose. It's like getting a cell phone and only having one feature and it's not even texting or calling. It's playing Candy Crush. (A game popular yet idk why or how.)

There is a lot you can do without the internet. You have infinite power on a laptop. You can charge anything anywhere, with no limitations, and if you are the type that does a lot of offline activities, like writing, art, offline games, etc, you have a constant portable, free computer to do them on.
