Okay, so I don't get it. You can control the time of the clocks (like, just changing the time of the clock), or you can controll time ONLY if you have any type of clock nearby?

so I basically make clocks stop? Well, no reason not to have it but not too useful either. probably gonna stop all the watches at once, just for the giggle and for malking everyone not know the time anymore, so I messed up the whole day night planning
