Set up some magnificent architects, constructors, agriculturalists, ect. Find a large island with natural resources or room for them. Build walls and giant farms. Housing. Now make sure to dispose the dead in a "ritual fire pit"

O.K. People really need to learn how this whole thing works. You're supposed to put the positive situation first followed by the downside. Not the other way around. Is it really that hard to figure out here people?
