This would be useless anyway, since your internet does not affect any website/game server speeds. The law of diminishing returns would hit real fast.

Internet Explorer isn't as bad as people make it out to be, and if you had the fastest connection in the world, wouldn't it be faster than your current Internet with say, chrome?
