Might as well press the button. You don't ever have to use it and it might come in handy in emergencies. Plus who cares if you pause time for say, 5 minutes? oh no, you will be 15 minutes older instead of 5!

@Digimonking2 It"s basically only your time that passes, since if it wasn't, you would be frozen also. Everyone else"s time freezes except yours. Although, your time passes 3 times the amount, so therefore 5 minutes would be 15 minutes. Pretty simple, really.

It can still be there you just dont have to use it. It could be for survival like a last resort because 5 minutes would only be 15 minutes you would have to spend a month or two with time stopped to feel the effects

When time is stopped, you don't age, multiply that by three, and nothing happens.

3 Times is no Problem at all. If you stop time for one hour (which is quite a lot of time) you only aged 3 hours. You waist so many hours, so why should 3 hours be a problem. (for example)
