Doesn't say what 30 minutes, so it doesn't have to be during the hunger games, or even in what dimension 30 minutes. I mean it could be the entire book series and be away for 30 minutes in our time or 30 minutes in the hunger games world. Your question sucks!

Who said what part of the hunger games it is? It could be the beginning before the game starts, or the end and we survived. And if it really is the middle where the whole games is, watch the Film Theory video on how to survive.

Well let's face it, we don't know what character we're being though we likely wouldn't be players of the game considering those positions are all filled, we'd probably end up being someone from Capital. Not to mention nothing really happens in the first 30 minutes.

I mean at least you get to enter the book. in a life threatening situation you could go into the book to survive. Plus it didn't say you'd be in the arena, and half the book is outside of it anyways.
