For anyone confused by the grammar it's a reference to the quote 'I am become death, destroyer of worlds' from the Bhagavad Gita. It was made famous when the father of the atom bomb was quoted saying it.

Death is a literal skeleton and doesn't feel... So isn't he technically depressed without feeling anyway? So the downside is just extra explanation not a downside....
