I presume this means we can choose who we like to kill, so I would kill someone who is in agonising pain already and is going to die in a few days anyway. So I put them out of their misery, they are happy and I have Â£5000 or an equivalent. I would feel a little guilty afterwards though.

No I agree here, killing a criminal isn’t inherently a loophole. Being an executioner on death row maybe, but then there’s a few issues with the whole nobody will know part. Even then, unless you’re a psychopath it’ll still weigh on your mind. I don’t think there really is a loophole for this one
