As much as I love the upside, the downside would proabably lead to the end of the world. There are a lot of nuclear power plants out there in the world. So, in the end, I guess the upside would happen. It would just be brought about by a very, very severe decline in the population.

Without electronics, our economy will crash. We're all be poor, and won't be able to get enough food/water for everyone. So, basically, more death/sadness.
