No emergency alarms, no transportation for emergency services, much slower research for medicine, etc. Etc. Everything goes to absolute shit essentially.

Without electronics, our economy will crash. We're all be poor, and won't be able to get enough food/water for everyone. So, basically, more death/sadness.
