I'd just grab a Time Turner and keep returning to Hogwarts. Or, I'd write a huge computer file about everything I learned, and remember that way.

I pressed the button. I'll go to Hogwarts and then drop out the day I'm supposed to graduate. That way, I attend Hogwarts, learn magic, but never graduate, therefore retaining my memories and my skills.
