no , not according to the wording. you have to WANT it to recieve it. remove the word 'want' and your inerpretation comes into effect.

Nope, this seem interesting but it have no filter so always active as soon as you do it, you watch a spot for a new videoagame and get it at thecost of one week of lifespan, you want a pizza and... you understand how much this is detrimental.
