The only way I could die while time is frozen is if I committed suicide. Also I could use white holes to fight them or black holes to suck them in.

Grifiano it says you can control time and space, doesn't limit your ability in any ways so you could curve time space enough to create a black hole, and you can also uncurve it which is impossible to known physics but you can so you'll be able to create white holes too.
