They"d lose their whole life, I"d keep half. They have no life in them so 4x0 =0, I"d still have half so 1/2x2=1 so I"d get my whole life back, and with more wishes for me I can get more stuff, they can't wish for anything because they are dead.

Some wishes can't exactly be doubled though. Take wishing for superpowers for example. If you wish to be able to turn invisible on command, how do you double that? Simple answer: you can't. So just wish for some sort of ability and your worst enemy won't be more powerful.
