It doesn't say I can't alter the second degree burns. I just can't remove it. I'll make them 1st degree burns and it will go away within a week

If you can't hide or remove the scars, you can remove the pain, or make the scars heal alot quicker

Doesn't say it"d stay forever. Sure, it would hurt like a bitch, but, I could literally go around naked until it heals and with a snap of a finger, not a soul would care. So, all in all, no significant downside.
