If I can go to Hogwartsthen obviously I have magical powers. So, regardless of what school I went to I would still be able to become a wizard. I would pick a school that didn't have evil lords trying to attack it and a farkled up forest or just teach myself.

The collage of winter hold is really small tho (jzargo still thinks the collage is cool), and in the forbidden forest I could have a thick dome around my house or an underground tunnel.
