Well you could press, something that tells you how far away you are from ur past self, and beeps when you are close to 100 miles So you dont accidentally trip into the 99 mile zone

Simple. Alter any event that you weren't around to see (as in before your birth) then, if you get to close to yourself, then change time again. Maybe even make your old self president if you do things correctly
