You actually need pain. Physical pain is your body"s way of keeping you from getting seriously injured. For example, if you felt no pain and left your hand on a burning hot stove, you would be left with very severe burns.

If you cannot be hurt, then you can never feel fatigue, so you can just sprint indefinitely.

If your heart cannot get hurt, it means immortality, and if you have no way of hurting your muscles, it means infinite strength. You basically say that we could go lift the empire state building in 2015 if we can run there? no prob.

Well with this you would live healthy for the rest of youre life but dont walk, run or do too much of any training cause you wont know when youre dangerously tired so you would continued to walk until youre dead (damn that took a long time too write)
