Depends on how literal it's supposed to be. If you literally can't move your body, anything that would cause your body to move is off the table. It should be more clear.

Sit in a chair and move the chair. Or bolt you legs into a wheelie thing (from gym class) with legsupports . if you have a tiny exoskeleton you can move your hand and the rest of your body
