from what i got, it says you can go into movies, series etc like they"re different worlds and decide what and who you become, but if you are asleep and someone wakes you up another you from a different universe will fall asleep

Honestly, I"d go to the Pokemon universe in one of my games during the night, and when it"s daytime again, just go back to the normal world. That way no one knows I was traveling between universes because they just think I was sleeping, and I get to travel the night becoming a Pokemon Master!

He means that you get a version of yourself in another universe and when you sleep in the present universe they alternate version of yourself is awake and vise versa
