Can't one already change their hair color at will pretty much? Sure, you have to get hair dye and stuff, but that"s not THAT hard. Not worth potentially wanting to get your eyebrows surgically restored, at least

so the one eyebrow people can see (yes,yes i do have long hair... and yes i'm male) is thin sharpie so i would just draw a slightly thicker better looking one and then tadaa no more worries about "extreme hairstyles" and i get to have blood red highlights when at home/with mates
